Department of Environmental Science
The department of Environmental Science was introduced in the year 2012 under the directive of the Nagaland University notification. The course is a part of the prescribe syllabus under Nagaland University. The subject is offered in the 5th and 6th semester as a compulsory general paper at the undergraduate level. Keeping in mind the fragility of the environment, the basic aim of the course is to instill some basic knowledge about the environment and its associated issues and also developed a concern outlook for the environment.
