The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of Pfutsero Government College convened its 10th Annual Meeting on 3rd November 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Seminar Hall of the college. The event witnessed the active participation of faculty members, parents, and students.
The meeting commenced with Ms. Neipreu Mero, Assistant Professor and Head of the English Department, serving as the Chairman and delivering the opening remarks. This was followed by an invocation led by Mr. Kedulhitso Khutso, seeking blessings for the success of the program. The programme continued with a special musical performance by Ms. Murivolü and Friends, which was well received by the audience.The Vice Principal of Pfutsero Government College, Mr. Neichüpe Kapfo, delivered a significant speech highlighting the joint role of parents and teachers in fostering a supportive educational environment. An additional slot was reserved for further remarks, allowing attendees to share their thoughts. Some parents and guardians expressed their views during this session.
Subsequently, the nomination and induction of new PTA office bearers were carried out, during which Mr. Pulio Tetseo and Mr. Kewelhilo Rabvo were elected as the new PTA President and Assistant General Secretary, respectively.
The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Ms. Megono Chücha, Assistant Professor, English Department, who expressed gratitude to all participants, organizers, and guests for their active involvement and support. The meeting concluded with a benediction led by Ms. Apule Pfuno.
Attendees were then invited for light refreshments and a photo session, providing an opportunity for informal interaction and discussion among parents, teachers, and college staff. The event succeeded in strengthening the bond between parents and teachers, encouraging collective efforts for the academic and holistic development of the students.
