The Academic and Administrative Audit(AAA) team consisting of Dr Watijungshi, Retired Additional Director, Higher Education, Government of Nagaland as Convenor and two members Dr Temjenwapang, Principal, Kohima Science College (A), and Dr Ketoukhrie-u, Associate Professor and Internal Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC) Coordinator, Kohima College conducted an audit of the functioning of Pfutsero Government College on 17th October, 2026. The audit was for a period of five years from the academic years 2021-2026.
Presentations on the college’s administration and developmental activities were presented by the principal of the college, Dr Anungla Pongener, while reports on internal quality on seven parameters assessed by NAAC were presented by the IQAC Coordinator of the college, Dr Thungdemo N Yanthan. Departmental activities were highlighted by the respective Head of Departments of the college. The AAA team also held consultations with the college students’ union executives and the non-teaching faculty, and physically verified the college’s infrastructural facilities. The AAA team after thorough deliberations provided valuable feedback to the college on how to improve the college.
The AAA serves as an internal audit within the Higher Education Department, Government of Nagaland.
