Parent-Teacher Association

The Pfutsero Government College Parent-Teacher Association is a welfare body of the institution duly constituted on 8th December 2014 under the motto “Our Children Our Future”, with a view to assist the administration and the overall well-being of the college.

Aims and Objectives:

1 – To take cognizance of incidents occurring outside the premise of the institution involving students or staffs and assist in resolving such issues.

2 – To check students attendance and in the event of irregularity, to intimate the concerned parents.

3 – To take up matters of students misdemeanour with teachers or fellow students.

4 – In the event of students’ unrest in the campus, the association shall step forward and give all possible assistance for bringing in amicable solutions.

5 – To give all out assistance in the development of the college including site related issues.

6 – To help in raising fund for the development of the college as and when necessity arises.

Membership:
All teachers and parents whose children are studying in this college shall automatically become members of Parent-Teacher Association. An annual enrolment fee of Rs. 100/- is realised from all bona fide members of the Parent-Teacher Association towards office maintenance and execution of PGCPTA plans and programmes.

Tenure:
The tenure of PGCPTA is for 3 years. A General Assembly is held once in every two years for election of new office bearers.
